Your identity, your history and your reliability file are free, and will stay free. You do not create an account: you take ownership of an existing profile. Search for your company — the ownership link is on every profile.
Disputing published information
A dispute is filed from the profile concerned, not by email: it is tied to the finding it targets, and it is public in the same way as the finding. Writing here would only send you back to that page, with added delay.
Your personal data
Mandatory notice not provided — the rights you can exercise and the response deadline are set out in the privacy policy.
What we do not handle by email
- Deleting a proven finding — no payment and no request can obtain it.
- Disclosing the name of the buyer who reported a gap.
- A position in a search result.
These are not refusals of convenience: they are the commitments of the independence charter, and they hold whoever you are.
