Are you a supplier?
What you can do here, what it costs, and what no amount of money can buy.
Your customers already assess you. Today, they do it in emails you will never see, and that circulate between them. Here, you see what has been reported, you reply, you dispute it if you believe you have grounds, and you build your own reliability file — third-party evidence you cannot produce any other way.
Your identity, your history and your reliability file are free, and will stay free.
You do not create an account
You take ownership of a profile that already exists, once your control over the entity has been verified. There is no password to choose and no sign-up form: the link you receive opens your area.
Search for my companyWhat you can do
- See what has been reported about you, and by which type of customer.
- Reply — your reply is published without editorial moderation.
- Dispute a finding with evidence, and follow the decision.
- Export your reliability file as a PDF.
- Have your identity verified at a primary source.
- Enrich your self-declared content — it is labelled “not verified”.
What no payment can buy
- Change a compliance indicator.
- Make a proven finding disappear.
- Improve a position in a search result.
- Prevent the publication of information about you.
- Obtain the name of the buyer who reported it.
These are not refusals of convenience. The independence charter writes them down, and the share of ClauseGap’s revenue that may come from suppliers is capped by our articles of association.
What you actually gain
A customer who documents makes fewer unfounded demands: a well-founded dispute closes the finding. And the reliability file you build here is third-party evidence — neither you nor your customer can produce it alone, and that is precisely what gives it its value to a banker, an insurer or a client company.
